The MARSAF Consulting Group was started in 2001 to assist companies with the burdensome USCG Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO) guidelines. From that meager beginning, MARSAF has grown into a multifaceted consulting business that provides a myriad of capabilities to its marine and oil industry related clients.

With a U.S. Coast Guard trained and experienced staff, the MARSAF Consulting Group is well qualified to make recommendations, formulate strategies, provide support, and in general help each client make sound business decisions that balances compliance with ever growing statutory regulations and their viability in an increasingly competitive market.
